How to find out who deleted apps/records

You can use audit logs to find the user who deleted apps or records.

To do so, you need to have Users & System administrative permission.

To check the audit logs, follow the steps below.

＜Steps＞

Click the Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon) at the top of kintone, then click Users & System Administration.

Note

"Users & System Administration" is displayed only if you have Users & System administrative permission.
Types of Administrators and Permissions
Click View & Download under Audit Logs.
Set the following filter conditions:
・From Date & Time and To Date & Time
　Specify a date range for your search.
・Action
　To find the user who deleted an app, enter "App delete". To find the user who deleted a record, enter "Record delete".
Click View.
