■ Examples of Errors
This error appears when you are already logged in to the environment where the guest space was created using one of the following accounts, and then click the invitation URL for the guest space in the same web browser:

- A regular user account of the environment where the guest space was created
- A guest account linked to a different email address registered in the environment where the guest space was created
■ Solution
Access "https://(subdomain name of the environment where the guest space was created).cybozu.com/k/#/portal" or "https://(subdomain name of the environment where the guest space was created).cybozu.com/k/guest/#/portal", log out, and then click the invitation URL again.
You have already logged in using your kintone account. Please log out, and then access the guest URL again. Code: GAIA_IIU01
■ Examples of Errors
This error appears when a regular user who has been linked to a guest user is deleted or disabled, and the corresponding guest user is removed from the guest space and re-invited. When accessing the guest space invitation URL and trying to log in using "Join Using kintone Account," the error occurs.
Example:
1. Guest user A is invited to a guest space in Environment 1 and linked to regular user A in Environment 2.
2. Regular user A in Environment 2 is deleted (or disabled).
3. Guest user A is removed from the guest space in Environment 1.
4. Guest user A is re-invited to the guest space in Environment 1.
5. Accessing the invitation URL and trying to log in using "Join Using kintone Account" causes the error.
■ Solution
In the environment where the guest space was created, delete the corresponding guest user from "Guest Management" in kintone Administration, and re-send the invitation.

- When a guest user is deleted, even if they are invited again with the same email address, kintone will recognize them as a new guest user.
- Data previously registered by the guest user will be recognized as being registered by a different user with the same name.

This error appears when accessing the guest space invitation URL after registering an account or when the invitation URL has expired.

- If the account has already been registered via the invitation URL, log in through the guest user login page:

■ Examples of Errors
This error appears when trying to link one regular user to multiple guest users within the same domain.
Example:
1. Guest user A is invited to a guest space in Environment 1 and linked to regular user A in Environment 2.
2. Guest user B is invited to the guest space in Environment 1 with a different email address than guest user A.
3. Accessing the invitation URL and entering the subdomain of Environment 2 in "Join Using kintone Account."
4. Logging in with regular user A causes the error.
■ Solution
You cannot link one regular user to multiple guest users within the same domain. Use a different regular user if you want to link accounts.
If you want to change the email address of a linked guest user, delete the user displayed in the error message "(email address)" from "Guest Management" in kintone Administration, and re-send the invitation.

■ Examples of Errors
Invited guest users will be shown the "Join with kintone account" screen when they enter the subdomain name of the trial environment they have at their own company, etc.
If Your Company Is Already Using kintone
■ Solution
Contract the trial environment for your company and link the accounts.
Failed to log in to the guest space. Try to log in again from here. If you still cannot log in, your account may be deleted or your kintone account and guest account may not be linked. Contact the person who invited you. Code: GAIA_SSO07
■ Examples of Errors
This error appears when a guest user linked to a regular user is deleted from "Guest Management" in kintone Administration, and access to the guest space is attempted via the portal screen of the linked regular user.
Example:
1. Guest user A is invited to a guest space in Environment 1.
2. Guest user A is linked to regular user A in Environment 2, and "Joined Guest Spaces (Linked Domain)" is displayed in the "Spaces" tab (leave this tab open).
3. Guest user A is deleted from "Guest Management" in Environment 1.
4. Open the tab left open in Environment 2, and access the guest space in Environment 1 via "Joined Guest Spaces (Linked Domain)."
5. The error occurs.
■ Solution
Click "here" in the error message and check if login is possible. If login is not possible, check the following:

- Refresh the screen while displaying "Joined Guest Spaces (Linked Domain)" in the "Spaces" tab of your contracted environment (guest user operation).
→ If the name of the guest space cannot be found, the guest user account may have been deleted.
- Check "Guest Management" in kintone Administration to see if the corresponding guest user is registered.
→ If the guest user cannot be found, it may have been deleted.
- Refresh the screen while displaying "Joined Guest Spaces (Linked Domain)" in the "Spaces" tab of your contracted environment (guest user operation).
■ Additional Checks
If the issue persists after trying the solution, attempt the following checks:

- Have the invited user click the "here" link in the error message and confirm if login is possible (guest user operation).
- After implementing browser troubleshooting steps, try logging in again and confirm if the issue is resolved (guest user operation).
- If your environment has already linked regular and guest accounts, confirm if access to the guest space is possible via "Joined Guest Spaces (Linked Domain)" in the "Spaces" tab (guest user operation).
- Send an invitation email to a different email address and confirm if the issue is resolved (administrator/guest user operation).

When contacting support, provide the results of steps 1–4 along with the following details:

- Confirm if the guest user who cannot access is included among the members of the guest space (administrator operation).
