I would like to deactivate the Space, Guest Space, and People & Private Messages features

From the kintone Administration screen, you can deactivate "Spaces," "Guest Spaces," and "People & Private Messages".

To deactivate these features, follow the steps below:

＜Steps＞

Click the gear icon at the top of the screen and select "kintone Administration."
Click "Feature Activation" under "Other".
Uncheck the features you want to deactivate under "Spaces and People" and click the "Save" at the top left of the screen.

Note

If you deactivate "Spaces," "Guest Spaces" will also be deactivated. It is not possible to enable only "Guest Spaces".
Guest Spaces
"People" and "Private Messages" cannot be individually deactivated.
Features cannot be set on a per-user basis.
Even if the features are deactivated, the registered data will be retained. Notifications sent before deactivating the features will be deleted after 70 days from the date they were sent.
