By configuring "Per Record Notifications," you can notify assignees with a custom message whenever the status in Process Management is updated.
By default, the General Notifications settings are set to automatically send notifications to assignees when a process management status is changed.
Messages cannot be added to this type of notification.
Please note that if notifications are configured for both "General Notifications" and "Per Record Notifications," the assignees will receive duplicate notifications.
To notify with a custom message, follow the steps below:
- The General Notifications settings
Uncheck the Status is changed check box for assignees (or delete the row for assignees)
- The Per Record Notifications settings
・Notification Trigger: Status
・Recipient: Assignee
・Summary: The message to be sent with the notifications
※ You can also add conditions to differentiate messages based on status for assignees or applicants.
