You can import values into "Lookup" fields via file import.
Using the imported values as the lookup key, "Lookup" fields retrieve data from other apps.
However, to import values from a file, the following conditions must be met in the app where the data you want to retrieve (the linked app) is registered:
- The user performing the file import must have the following permissions set:
・App Permissions: Record View Permission
・Record Permissions: View permission for the records where the data you want to retrieve is registered
・Field Permissions: View permission for the "Key Field" in the "Lookup" field
- No duplicate values are registered

Note
If a "Attachment" field is included in a table, bulk update cannot be performed.
When bulk registering new records, you can import values into fields other than the "Attachment" field within the table.
