When a user is searched for in the "Search All Contents", "Search in App", or "Search in Space" search box of kintone, or on the "Departments & Users" page of Users & System Administration, characters with a voiced sound mark (゛) or a half-voiced sound mark (゜) are not distinguished from characters without a sound mark.
Example：
■ When you try to find a user whose name is "はひふへほ"
- Search with the word "はひふへほ": The user is found
- Search with the word "ばびぶべぼ": The user is found
- Search with the word "ぱぴぷぺぽ": The user is found
■ When you try to find a user whose name is "ばびぶべぼ" or "ぱぴぷぺぽ"
- Search with the word "はひふへほ": The user is found
- Search with the word "ばびぶべぼ": The user is found
- Search with the word "ぱぴぷぺぽ": The user is found
Caution
If the pronunciation for a user is specified as "ｽｽﾞｷ" with half-width Katakana characters containing both voiced sound mark and half-voiced sound mark, the user will be found only when you specify the name exactly with half-width Katakana characters containing voiced sound mark and half-voiced sound mark. You cannot find the user when performing a search with full-width Katakana and full-width Hiragana characters.

■ Pattern 1
Suppose that you have added the following user information in Users & System Administration.
- Display Name：鈴木 ひろみ
- Surname：鈴木
- Given Name：ひろみ
- Phonetic Surname：ｽｽﾞｷ
- Phonetic Given Name：ﾋﾛﾐ
- Login Name：suzuki
⇒Depending on how you input the name, searching for the above user in the "Search All Contents" search box of kintone or the search box on the "Departments & Users" page in Users & System Administration will result as follows.
- Search with the word "すずき"：the user is not found
- Search with the word "スズキ"：the user is not found
- Search with the word "ｽｽﾞｷ"：the user is found
■ Pattern 2
Suppose that you have added the following user information in Users & System Administration.
- Display Name：高橋 健太
- Surname：高橋
- Given Name：健太
- Phonetic Surname：ﾀｶﾊｼ
- Phonetic Given Name: ｹﾝﾀ
- Login Name: takahasi
⇒Depending on how you input the name, searching for the above user in the "Search All Contents" search box of kintone or the search box on the "Departments & Users" page in Users & System Administration will result as follows.
- Search with the word "たかはし": The user is found
- Search with the word "タカハシ": The user is found
- Search with the word "ﾀｶﾊｼ": The user is found
＜Tips＞
- The same rules will be applied when performing a search in the following fields.
・Performing a search in User selection, Department selection, and Group selection fields
